This recipe was given to me by someone named Susan, who I haven't seen in years. It is so very good.

Ingredients

4 - eggs, beaten
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
1 stick butter
2 cups sugar

How To Make hot milk cake

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large. bowl, beat by hand the eggs and sugar until creamy. In another bowl, mix together flour,sugar, vanilla and baking powder. Had flour mixture to egg mixture

Step 2

Heat on top of stove the milk and butter until melted. Add this mixture to the other ingredients. Mix only by hand (not with electric mixer). Spray tube pan with PAM. Bake in oven for 45 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Enjoy.
