This is a warm gooey Fudgey Cake with Ice Cream it is soooooooo good! I love to make this on a cold day, it just warms you and make you feel so good.

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar divided
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 7 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups hot water
How To Make hot fudge pudding cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. In a large bowl, stir together 3/4 granulated sugar, flour, 3 Tablesponns cocoa, baking powder and salt.

Step 2Stir in milk, butter and vanilla; beat until smooth

Step 3Pour batter into 8- or 9-inch square baking pan. Stir together remaining 1/2 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, nad remaining 4 tablespoons of cocoa: sprinkle mixture evenly over the batter. Pour water over top. DO NOT STIR

Step 4Bake for 35 to 40 mins. or until center is ALMOST set.

Step 5Cool for 15 mins. spoon into dessert dishes. Spoon sauce from bottom of pan over the top of cake.

Step 6Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream if desired.
