How to Make Hot Fudge Cake
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons of the cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla. Stir till smooth. Spread mixture in an ungreased 9x9 pan.
- Combine brown sugar and remaining cocoa.Sprinkle over the cake batter.
- Pour the hot water over both the batter and sugar/cocoa mixture. DO NOT STIR!
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Serve warm topped with whipped cream, ice cream, or nothing but a big glass of milk on the side.
