How to Make Hot Coco Coco Mallow Cupcakes
- Prepare cake batter & bake as directed on the box for 24 cupcakes. Completely cool on cooling rack.
- In a large sacuepan on low heat cook 1 cup marshmallows & chocolate squares are completely melted & make sure it is well blended. Stirring constantly. Then pour into a large bowl & cool for about 30 mins.
- After marshmallow mix has cooled whisk it with the cool whip. Spread it into the cooled cupcakes & top with the remaining marshmallows & coco powder. Keep it in the ice box.
- Special Tip: Make sure any dessert frosted or decorated with cool whip should be stored in the ice box.
