hot water,more or less if needed
1Mix together cake mix,sour cream,eggs and oil.Pour half mixture into 9x13 cake pan that has been buttered and floured.Mix brown sugar and cinnamon and pour over cake mixture.
2Top with remaining cake mixture.Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes,or until cake tests done.
3Mix topping ingredients in bowl,whisk until smooth.Pour over hot cake.(sometimes I add chopped pecans.)
