Step 2

Mix 1 cup. brown sugar and 1 tsp. ground cinnamon. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture over mixture in pan.
Step 3

Pour remaining cake batter into the pan. Bake at 325 degrees for approx. 40 min.
Step 4

While cake is baking, Mix 1 and 1/2 c. powdered sugar. 1 tsp vanilla. Add enough milk to make a thick mixture; a couple of Tbs, Drizzle over cake while cake is still hot.
