this is the best homemade chocolate cake recipe I have ever made, it just melts in your mouth

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make homemade moist chocolate cake

  • Step 1
    dissolve cocoa in boiling water in seperate bowl. mix all other ingredients together (including cocoa and water) in a mixing bowl adding eggs and milk in last. Batter will be very runny.
  • Step 2
    Pour into 9x13 greased baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes You can also use 2 9in round cake pans. bake for 22-25 minutes at 350 degrees
  • Step 3
    for cupcakes bake for 18 minutes
