How to Make Homemade Moist Chocolate Cake
- dissolve cocoa in boiling water in seperate bowl.
mix all other ingredients together (including cocoa and water) in a mixing bowl adding eggs and milk in last. Batter will be very runny.
- Pour into 9x13 greased baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
You can also use 2 9in round cake pans. bake for 22-25 minutes at 350 degrees
- for cupcakes bake for 18 minutes
