Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make homemade moist chocolate cake

Step 1dissolve cocoa in boiling water in seperate bowl. mix all other ingredients together (including cocoa and water) in a mixing bowl adding eggs and milk in last. Batter will be very runny.

Step 2Pour into 9x13 greased baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes You can also use 2 9in round cake pans. bake for 22-25 minutes at 350 degrees

Step 3for cupcakes bake for 18 minutes
