- COOKIES:
- 2 boxes cake mix, german chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups shortening
- 4 large eggs
- FILLING:
- 1 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar

Step 1COOKIES: Mix well, roll in balls the size of marbles, no larger. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 8 - 10 minutes.

Step 2FILLING: Mix all together. Put Tbsp of filling on each cookie, top with another cookie.
