Ingredients
- 6 cups all purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 8 cups sugar
- 1 - 8 ounce unsweetned cocoa powder
- 2 cups vegtable shortening
- - eggs
- - vanilla
How To Make homemade brownie mix

Step 1How to make brownie mix: Mix dry ingredients well, cut in shortening until evenly distributed (I use my mixer). Put in airtight container, store in cool dry place. Use within 10-12 weeks. Makes 17 cups of mix.

Step 2How to make Brownies using the brownie mix from above: 2 eggs beaten 1 tsp vanilla 2-1/2 cups brownie mix Preheat oven to 350 degrees, prepare 8 inch square pan. Mix everything together and dump in pan. Bake 30-35 minutes.
