Mmmmmmmmmm! One of my favorites!

Amaretto & Pepsi: Tastes kind of like Cherry Pepsi...I love it! Then of course, Amaretto Stone Sour. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm!

Pour it over vanilla ice cream.

Bake in cakes, brownies, etc.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1 1/2 c
water
1 c
sugar
1/2 c
dark brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp
pure almond extract
2 tsp
pure vanilla extract
2 c
vodka (the cheapest you can find works best!)

How to Make Homemade Amaretto

Step-by-Step

  • 1Into a heavy bottom sauce pan add: water, sugars & bring to a boil. Cook until sugars are well dissolved. Remove from heat & allow to cool for approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour.
  • 2Add extracts & vodka. Mix to combine.
  • 3Pour Amaretto into desired bottles/jars & cap. Place chalkboard label (just like a chalkboard - erase & re-write over & over again) on jar & store in a cool/dry location.

But where to get the bottles?
