hershey's chocolate cake
I found this in a magazine many years ago, and it is the ONLY chocolate cake I make. I used to make decorated cakes for sale and this was the one I prepared and always had happy customers. It is so moist, and chocolatey. Great with a peanut butter fudge frosting. batter is very thin, but bakes up terrific.

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup hershey's cocoa powder
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup boiling water
How To Make hershey's chocolate cake

Step 1preheat oven to 350 degrees . spray baking pan with cooking spray and lay aside.

Step 2in large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.

Step 3with mixer, add in eggs, oil milk and vanilla

Step 4mix on medium speed 2 minutes until batter is well blended.

Step 5slowly "stir" in boiling water, by hand. until batter is all incorporated and "thin". using a mixer during this step will "dot" your walls and face :)

Step 6pour into prepared pan, and bake 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. batter is thin, so be careful moving it from counter to oven.
