- 8 - hershey bars melted
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 cups sugar

Step 1CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR. ADD EGGS BEATING AFTER EACH ADDITION. MELT THE HERSHEY BARS. ADD A LITTLE TO THE EGG MXTURE AND BEAT AND CONTINUE TO ADD. ADD THE BUTTERMILK AND FLOUR ALTERNATELY. STIR IN VANILLA, SALT AND NUTS. POUR IN PREPARED TUBE PAN. BAKE AT 325F FOR 90 MINUTES.
