Wonderful sticks to the top of your mouth cake. Everyone that has tried it loves it and even more when they find out how easy it is to make! I do not use the mixer, just a big spoon to mix it.

    1 stick margarine, melted
  • ·
    1 cup plain flour
  • ·
    1 cup sugar
  • ·
    1 tsp. baking powder
  • ·
    1/4 tsp. salt
  • ·
    4 eggs
  • ·
    1 (16 oz.) can hersey's chocolate syrup
  • ·
    2 tsp. vanilla
  • ·
    1 cup mini chocolate morsels, opt.

  • 6 Tbs.
    margarine, melted
  • 1 cup
  • 1/3 cup
    evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup
    chocolate morsels
  • 1 tsp.
  • 1 cup
    walnuts, coarsly chopped

How to Make Hersey's Chocolate Sheet Cake


  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. In another bowl beat eggs add chocolate syrup, melted margarine and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into flour mixture and mix. If using chocolate morsels add.
  3. Pour mixture into a 9x13 greased and floured pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and frost while still very warm.
  4. Chocolate Frosting
