This receipe is from my sister-in-law. She made it one Christmas for our Christmas dinner and my husband and I loved it, so I asked her for the receipe and have been making it since.

Ingredients

1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 cup milk
2 packages box french vanilla pudding
2 cups cold milk
8 ounces whip cream
1 box graham crackers

How To Make henrietta's sis-in-laws chocolate eclair pie

Step 1

For the first 5 Ingredients: Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Step 2

For the 2nd set of Ingredients: Mix box of pudding, milk, and whip cream together, then put a layer of Graham Crackers in the bottom of the pan, then put a layer of the pudding mix on top of the crackers. Continue to layer until pudding mix is gone.
