This receipe is from my sister-in-law. She made it one Christmas for our Christmas dinner and my husband and I loved it, so I asked her for the receipe and have been making it since.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    lemon extract
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 2 pkg
    box french vanilla pudding
  • 2 c
    cold milk
  • 8 oz
    whip cream
  • 1 box
    graham crackers

How to Make Henrietta's Sis-in-laws Chocolate Eclair Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. For the first 5 Ingredients: Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  2. For the 2nd set of Ingredients: Mix box of pudding, milk, and whip cream together, then put a layer of Graham Crackers in the bottom of the pan, then put a layer of the pudding mix on top of the crackers. Continue to layer until pudding mix is gone.
