There are so many variations and recipes for brownies, and so here is mine. Just adding one more to the bunch!!! :)

Ingredients

3/4 c
all-purpose flour
3/4 c
baking cocoa
1/4 tsp
kosher salt
1 stick
butter, cut into pieces
1/2 c
sugar
1/2 c
brown sugar, packed
3 large
eggs, divided
2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 c
nuts, chopped (your choice) i love macadamia nuts
3/4 c
white chocolate chips
1/2 c
caramel ice cream topping
3/4 c
semi-sweet chocolate morsels

How to Make HEAVENLY CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prep 8-inch square baking pan.
  • 2Combine flour, cocoa and salt in a small bowl.
  • 3In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
  • 4Add 2 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition, add vanilla extract and mix well.
  • 5Gradually beat in flour mixture.
  • 6Reserve 3/4 cup of batter and spread the remaining batter into prepared baking pan.
  • 7Sprinkle nuts and white chocolate chips over batter.
  • 8Drizzle caramel topping over the top.
  • 9Beat remaining egg and reserved batter in the same large bowl until light in color.
  • 10Stir in semi-sweet chocolate morsels and spread evenly over the caramel topping.
  • 11Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set.
  • 12Remove from oven and cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars and serve.
