Ingredients
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 -'4 - well ripened bananas, mashed with fork
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Chopped - pecans - optional
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
- 1 stick softened butter
- 1 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
How To Make ~ heavenly banana cream cheese bars ~

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar untill fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Beat in vanilla, sour cream and bananas. Sift together the flour, sat and soda. Add to wet ingredients and beat just until incorporated.

Step 2Spread into prepared dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until pick comes out clean. Cool on rack.

Step 3Make frosting. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter. Next the vanilla. Beat in sugar a little at a time until all is added and creamy.

Step 4Spread frosting over cooled bars, sprinkle with pecans if desired, cut and serve!
