If I'm out for a fabulous dinner, want a fabulous dessert, I'd just as soon go home for this one. Keeps so well and just keeps getting better.

Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2/3 cup cocoa, unsweetened
1 cup crisco oil
1 cup coffee, room temperature
1 cup milk
2 - eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

How To Make heavenly and easy chocolate cake

Step 1

In mixer bowl, combine oil, eggs, coffe, milk, beat lightly.

Step 2

Combine dry ingredients and add to liquids slowly, mix well.
Step 3

Pour into lightly greased or sprayed 9 X 13 pan and bake in preheated 300 degree oven. Bake one hour or until tester or toothpick comes out clean.
Step 4

Frost with any good frosting, cooked or marshmallow frosting is great.
