I learned to make this cake about 47 years ago while visiting family in Haskell Oklahoma. My Aunt Pat brought this as a dessert to one of our large family dinners. My family has enjoyed it for many, many years. Hope you like it as much as we do.
1Blend the first three (3) ingredients until like cornmeal.
Reserve 1/2 cup for top of cake
Mix all ingredients except nuts and Heath Bars well
Pour into a greased and floured 9x13" baking pan
Press candy bars into top of cake prior to placing cake in the oven
Sprinkle nuts and remaining protion of brown sugar mixture over cake
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done
Serve with whipped cream
