How to Make Heath Bar Cake
- Prepare cake mix and bake according to package directions using a 13 x 9 pan.
- While cake is warm punch holes in cake and drizzle with carmel topping. Let sit in fridge for a while until cool.
- Frost with container of cool whip which has been unthawed.
- Sprinkle with Heath bars. Put in fridge another hour to firm up. Enjoy
