Ingredients

1-20 ounce crushed pineapple juice
2 - eggs 1-t. butter extract
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour plus 2 t. soda
1 cup walnuts
1-8 ounce cream cheese soft
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter 1 t. vanilla

How To Make hawaiian delight

Step 1

Mix 20 oz. pineapple, 2 eggs, 1-t.butter extract, 2-c. sugar.(Mix 2-c. flour, 2-t. soda and 1-c. walnuts).

Step 2

Pour into a greased 9x13 pan Bake 350* for 30 minutes. Frost- while hot, poke holes in cake.
Step 3

Frosting; 1-8oz. cream cheese soft 21/2 c. powdered sugar 1 stick butter and 1-t. vanilla.
