How to Make Hawaiian Coconut Cake
- 1 box yellow cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can coconut milk or 1 pkg. mixed with 2 c. water
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 container Cool Whip
1 can coconut
Bake cake mix according to directions in 9x13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese, coconut milk and pudding and spread on cake. Arrange drained pineapple on cream cheese mixture. Put Cool Whip on top of pineapple and coconut on top of Cool Whip. It's Hawaiian, it's delicious.
