  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 3-3/4 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • FROSTING
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 box (pound) powdered sugar
  • 1 package 8 ounce cream cheese

How To Make delicious pineapple coconut cake

  • Step 1
    Cream butter and sugar; add milk and eggs. Beat well. Add graham crackers, baking powder, pineapple, Blend well.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes in a 9 X 13 inch baking pan. Cool and frost.
  • Step 3
    FROSTING: Beat butter, cream cheese (8 ounce package) and box of powdered sugar.
