Ingredients

  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    butter
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 5
    eggs
  • 1 c
    crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c
    coconut
  • 3-3/4 c
    crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 c
    chopped walnuts
  • FROSTING

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1 box
    (pound) powdered sugar
  • 1 pkg
    8 ounce cream cheese

How to Make Delicious Pineapple Coconut Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Cream butter and sugar; add milk and eggs. Beat well.
    Add graham crackers, baking powder, pineapple,
    Blend well.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes in a 9 X 13 inch baking pan.
    Cool and frost.
  3. FROSTING:
    Beat butter, cream cheese (8 ounce package) and box of powdered sugar.
