This is a moist pound cake. i made for my husband & sister and they loved it. and me as well. hope you'll try it it's well worth it.

Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 6 large very ripe bananas mashed
- 4 - eggs well beaten
- 2 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
How To Make hawaiian banana bread

Step 1cream sugar and margarine. add eggs & mashed bananas.

Step 2sift cake flour,salt and baking soda 3 times. blend cake flour mixture into banana mixture. DO NOT OVERMIX. i mix by hand. not a mixer.

Step 3turn batter into 2 greased 9x5 loaf pans. pre-heat oven to 325. bake for 55 minutesor until toothpick comes out clean. turn out to cool. also if you like you can add pecans. very good with pecans.
