1/2 cup shortening room temp
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 - eggs

How To Make happy day cake

Step 1

Mix all ingredients with 1 cup minus 2 teaspoons of milk.

Step 2

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
Step 3

Icing can be used if desired. Sprinkle with coconut
