Just in time for Halloween...this dessert is wonderful. You can decorate by putting little small Halloween candy on top. Kids love these.

Ingredients

  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 lb
    can pumpkin
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 3/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • ·
    then add:
  • 2 1/2 c
    regular flour
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    soda
  • 1 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 3/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c
    raisins (optional)

How to Make Halloween Magic Nut Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together all ingredients:
    Pour batter into 9 x 13 pyrex pan. Bake one hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Or until toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Cream Cheese Frosting:
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 tablespoons butter
    2 1/4 cup sifted confectionary sugar
  3. Wait until cake is cool and mix frosting and add to cake. Enjoy....
