These have been a family favorite for years!! I had to send them UPS to my kids when they were off at college and now the grandkids love them too!

Ingredients
- FILLING:
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- - orange food coloring
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- CUPCAKES
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup cocoa, unsweetened
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
How To Make halloween cupcakes

Step 1For filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg and salt until smooth. Add food coloring to make mixture a bright orange. Stir in chips then set aside.

Step 2For cupcakes, combine all ingreedients in order in a large bowl, blending on low. Fill cupcake cups 2/3 full then add 1 tablespoon of the orange filling to the top of the cupcake. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 3You can usually find cute Halloween or fall designed cupcake papers - adds to the festiviveness!
