Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 ¼ teaspoons baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 - eggs
- ½ cup margarine
- ½ cup milk
- ¾ cup yogurt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 - ripe bananas (mashed)
How To Make halfway healthy banana loaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F.

Step 2Mix first 5 dry ingredients in a bowl.

Step 3Rub margarine into the dry mix until it is all blended and crumbly.

Step 4Add eggs and mix in.

Step 5In a separate container, mix milk, vanilla and yogurt and add the baking soda.

Step 6Add milk and yogurt mixture to the flour mixture and stir well.

Step 7Add mashed bananas and stir until mixed.

Step 8Pour batter in a greased 9"x5" loaf pan and bake for 1 ½ hour.
