Ingredients
- 7 or so boxes cake mix or recipes of your choice
- 2 boxes pure white fondant
- 1 box brown chocolate fondant
- 2 pounds pure white buttercream frosting
- 1 pound dark chocolate for melting
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 1 package white chocolate for melting
How To Make half and half wedding cake

Step 1Bake cakes as needed. Make as many or as few layers as you want. I made three layers of 2 each, so a total of 6 cakes.

Step 2Crumb coat layers. Add half white fondant and half chocolate fondant to each side. USE SPS or other dowel system for support between all layers.

Step 3Stack layers with all white one way and all chocolate the other way. Perfection is not necessary.

Step 4Add side decor to bride side.

Step 5Drizzle dark chocolate on grooms side.

Step 6Make "tuxedo" strawberries. Set on cake accordingly.

Step 7Set pinched and creased fondant down the sides to create drape.
