This is another island favorite. Even the keikis (children) love it. The presentation of this dish is so beautiful and usually dresses up a Holiday table very nicely.

  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    guava paste
  • 1/4 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2
  • 1
    graham cracker crust



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat cream cheese, guava paste, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl, use an electric mixer on medium speed till well blended.
  2. Add in eggs one at a time, do not over mix. Pour into graham cracker crust.
  3. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Remove from oven to cool. Refrigerate overnight. Top with Cool Whip.
