Grinnin' Gorilla Bundt Cake

Laurie Lenartowicz

What self respecting gorilla wouldn't appreciate a bundt cake chock full of bananas, chocolate chips and walnuts?

The sour cream makes this a moist cake. You can choose a dusting of powdered sugar on top of the cooled cake or opt for a decadent glaze of 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp milk or cream and a TBSP of Kahlua or banana liquor.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Moist and full of banana flavor, this easy bundt cake is delicious! The walnuts add some crunch. The chocolate chips are nice surprise and pair so well with the banana. We opted for the glaze and added a bit of Kahlua. The cake alone is really good without the glaze, but it's definitely a nice final touch. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
