Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups canola oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon green food coloring
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make green velvet cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare (3)8-inch cake pans spraying them with Baker's Joy nonstick cooking spray or grease and dust with flour (3)8-inch cake pans. Set aside.

Step 2Combine eggs, sugar, oil, and vinegar in a bowl; mix well.

Step 3Sift flour and soda together and add to egg mixture alternately with buttermilk, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla and food coloring.

Step 4Pour cake badder evenly in 3 pans. Bake at 350˚ F for 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

Step 5Top with vanilla frosting.
