Ingredients

1 box
yellow cake mix
4
eggs
3/4 c
oil
1 can(s)
11 ounce mandarin oranges with juice

FROSTING FOR MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE

1 pkg
instant vanilla pudding
16 oz
can crushed pineapple - well drained and save
1/2 c
powdered sugar
4 oz
or half a carton of cool whip

How to Make Great-Aunt Thelma's Mandarin Orange Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix and bake cake in 9x13 pan as directed for 35 minutes. Cool.
  • 2Blend pineapple juice and pudding. Add the powdered sugar, and mix well. Then add the whipped cream. Spread on the cooled cake and refrigerate.
