Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 - eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 can 11 ounce mandarin oranges with juice
- FROSTING FOR MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 16 ounces can crushed pineapple - well drained and save
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 4 ounces or half a carton of cool whip

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix and bake cake in 9x13 pan as directed for 35 minutes. Cool.

Step 2Blend pineapple juice and pudding. Add the powdered sugar, and mix well. Then add the whipped cream. Spread on the cooled cake and refrigerate.
