How to Make Grandma's No-bake Cheesecake
- Put graham crackers in large ziploc bag and smash. (I roll pie filling can over it). Melt butter, and mix with grahams. Press in bottom of 9x13 pyrex dish.
- Mix together cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Spread on top of crust.
- Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with fruit filling just before serving.
