Ingredients

3 - large egg's
1 1/2 cups salad oil
3 cups sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 tablespoons water
3 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
6 cups cubed apples
1 1/2 cups nuts

How To Make grandma's german apple cake

Step 1

Beat egg's & Salad oil, vanilla, water together until foamy. Mix all Dry ingredients with nuts & apples. Then add egg, oil & vanilla, water mix to dry ingredients. Batter will be very stiff.

Step 2

Bake in greased tube pan, 350 degree oven for 90 min, or till done... Very good plain or with cream cheese frosting!
