  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4
    salt
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    coffee, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    shortening
  • BAKED IN GREASED PAN AT 350 DEGREES FOR 20 MINUTES.
