1 3/4 csugar

1 1/4 coil

2 cflour

4unbeaten eggs

2 tspbaking powder

2 tspsalt

2 tspcinnamon

3 cgrated carrots

1/2 cfinely chopped nuts (i like walnuts or pecans)

FROSTING
-
1 boxpowdered sugar

8 ozcream cheese

1/2cube butter
-
2 tspvanilla

1small can drained crushed pineapple
How to Make Grandma Goldies Carrot Cake
- Cream sugar and oil, add eggs and dry ingredients.
- put in two greased and floured pans(or a 9X13 baking dish) and bake 40 min at 350 degrees. Check with a toothpick for doneness.
- Frosting:
Cream powdered sugar with butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla and gradually add crushed pineapple. Frost cake.
