Ingredients
- 2 cups finely chopped rhubarb
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup flour
How To Make grandma bruce's rhubarb upside down cake

Step 1Put 2 c finely chopped rhubarb into 8x8 pan

Step 2Sprinkle rhubarb with 1 cup brown sugar

Step 3Mix 1 egg, 1/4 c sugar, 1/2 c milk, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1 c flour.

Step 4Pour batter over rhubarb

Step 5Bake at 350 for 25 minutes

Step 6Turn upside down on plate when done.
