3 craw carrots, grated

FROSTING

1 stickbutter

1 cbrown sugar

1/4 cmilk

2 1/4 cpowdered sugar
How to Make Grandma Brownfield's Carrot Cake
- Mix all ingredients together except carrots. Stir carrots in last.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven in a 9x13 cake pan.
- Frosting:
Melt 1 stick of butter. Add brown sugar, boil 2 minutes, stirring over low heat. Add milk, bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cool. Add powdered sugar.
