    raw carrots, grated

    eggs
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 3 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    flour
  • FROSTING
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 2 1/4 c
    powdered sugar

    Mix all ingredients together except carrots. Stir carrots in last.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven in a 9x13 cake pan.

    Frosting: Melt 1 stick of butter. Add brown sugar, boil 2 minutes, stirring over low heat. Add milk, bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cool. Add powdered sugar.
