Ingredients
- 1 package white cake mix, made accordingly to directions on box
- 4 cups rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 boxes strawberry jello
How To Make grandma beard's rhubarb cake

Step 1Use any white cake mix and make according to directions. Pour into a 9x13 greased and floured cake pan. Mix together the rhubarb and sugar and place on top of the cake mix. Then take 2 boxes of strawberry jello (dry) and sprinkle over the top of the cake/rhubarb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until cake is done in center. This cake is GREAT with whipped topping or ice cream!
