How to Make GRAND Coffecake

Step-by-Step

  1. In square baking pan spread brown sugar on bottom. Pour half and half over brown sugar and mix together. Cut butter in thin slices and place over brown sugar mixture. Sprinkle pecans evenly.
  2. Take biscuits out of can and cut each one in 4 pieces. Place over pecans and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes. You want your biscuits to cook but not get hard. Remove from oven and place a dish over pan, flip over, remove pan making sure all the topping has stayed with your coffecake. Let rest for 5 minutes or so and ready to eat.
