- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 teaspoons powdered sugar

BAKE 1 HOUR OR UNTIL TOOTH PICK COMES OUT CLEAN. COOL CAKE 15 MINUTES. LOOSEN CAKE FROM SIDES OF PAN; INVERT ONTO A WIRE RACK. COOL COMPLETELY. SPRINKLE WITH POWDERED SUGAR.
