Ingredients For graham cracker cake

1 1/2 csugar

2 stickunsalted butter soften(room temp)

5 lgeggs

1 lgnabisco graham cracker crumbs(lb.)

3/4 cwhole milk

1 cpecans,chopped

1 pkgfrozen fine grated coconut

2 tspbaking powder
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
1 stickunsalted butter (room temp) for {icing}

1 box10x powdered sugar {icing}

1 cansmall crushed pineapple {icing} drained well
How To Make graham cracker cake

1Cream sugar/butter together till fluffy, slowly add egg's (one at time) till mixed well

2Alternate graham crumbs and milk little time, to batter, this mixture will become real thick/stiff, blend slowly, mix well

3Add nuts,THAWED coconut, baking powder and vanilla, using 2 round 9in. greased cake pans(baker's joy), even divide batter, Preheat oven- 350 degrees bake 25 mins or until golden brown/tester pick clean, done. MIX 3 ICING ingredients, Spread between layers/stack and finish spreading top/sides, Good Eating, ENJOY
