How To Make grace's rebel flag cup cakes

Step 1

make cup cake batter according to directions.then add pudding to batter. batter should never be thin. place in oven for about 12 mins. or til toothpick comes out clean. then take out and let cool then when cool remove from pan and let completely cool

Step 2

fost with red frosting. then criss cross lite blue fuit roll up on cup cake
Step 3

then take a little dab of white frosting on fruit roll up and place tiny stars on it.
Step 4

set in fridge til completely cool then take out and serve.
