1make brownie mix in large bowl. add pudding. tip pudding helps make it moister, and if u use olive oil it will keep ur cake moister longer, just some cooking tips.
2pour 1/2 of batter in pan. now pour jar of caramel topping evenly over batter. spread ur chpped nuts. u may add more nuts if u desire. rite here u can chop up a few more large butterfinger candy bars and sprinkle over this mixture
3pour rest of batter over caramel mixture evenly
4place in pre-heated oven for 25-30 mins. u don't want ur brownies hard nor dry
5while brownies r baking, make the butterfinger frosting. in large bowl place powdered suagar, butter and blend well. add butterfinger candy bars crushed fine. blend well. slowly add milk a little at a time til smooth and spreadable. if u need to add a little more milk ok if 2 tabsps of butter is not enough add 1 more. u want it to taste like butterfinger more than butter. now that it smooth and spreadable its ready to use. set aside til brownies r completely cool
6ok now cut brownies into sqaures and frost and enjoy.
