Ingredients

- - 1/3 cup brown sugar. 1lrg. egg.1tabsp butter
- - 2 teasps apple pie spice.2 1/2 cups bisquick
- - spray 8 inch sqr pan with pam
- - this is 4 the cake part
- CRUMB TOPPING
- - 3 tabsps butter. 1/2 cup brown sugar
- - 1/2 cup bisquick.1 1/2 teasp apple pie spice
- - 1/3 cup dry oatmeal. mix well will be crumbly that ok
- ICING FOR COFFEE CAKE
- - 1 cup powdered sugar. 1tabsp cream
- - 1 teasp vanilla.
- - mix all ingredients together well.
- - icing should be thin. if 2 thick, add a lil more cream
- - swirl on warm [not hot] coffee cake
