I made this for my sister-in-law and she just loves it...You can consider this Death By Chocolate... It is best eaten when warm and gooey..

Ingredients
- LITTLE LAVA CAKES
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 large egg yolks
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- HEATED MARSHMALLOW CREAM FOR ICING POUR ON TOP
How To Make gooey! little lava cakes

Step 1Preheat oven to 425*

Step 2Mix the butter and chocolate and melt together until smooth in the microwave. Let come to room temperature.

Step 3Beat the eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add sugar a little at a time beating well.

Step 4Stir in melted chocolate.

Step 5Mix the flour and cocoa and fold in.

Step 6Spoon into greased custard cups or muffin tins. For muffin tins bake for 10 minutes (custard cups 15 minutes) or until set. Turn out immediately and eat while warm...Heat marshmallow cream and pour on top for icing.....GOOEY!!!!!
