Hello Everyone, I found this recipe in a magazine I get called All You. I really enjoyed it and thought all of you might like it. This is a recipe I shared with my swap partner this month. It's great for Easter.

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter, unsalted softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup milk
How To Make golden cupcakes

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a muffin tin with liners; set aside.

Step 2Using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar at medium-high speed until fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Mix in vanilla, baking powder and salt at low speed. Gently blend in half of flour. Mix in milk then remaining flour at low speed until smooth.

Step 3Spoon batter in equal amounts into prepared cups. Bake until a tester inserted in middle of cake comes out clean, about 20 minutes. Let cool completely before decorating.
