Gluten Free Nutella Cake in a Mug
Since there are several friends and family members who are now forced to be on gluten free diets, I have been working on recipes for some of the things they love and miss, such as baked goods. I hope this one will make someone happy!

4 Tbspking arthur gluten free flour mix
1/8 tspbaking powder
4 Tbspgranulated white sugar
3 Tbspcocoa powder
3 Tbspolive or vegetable oil
How to Make Gluten Free Nutella Cake in a Mug
- Combine all ingredients in a large coffee mug, at least 12 ounces. Whisk well with a fork until smooth. Microwave on high for 1-1/2 to 3 minutes, depending on your microwave. Start with 1 minute and add 10 seconds, checking your cake as you go.
- Let the cake stand for a minute when done, it will be hot! Top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce, if desired.
