I went gluten free recently. Recipes out there are usually grainy and dry. This recipe is actually a flavorful moist pound cake. Do remember with all g/f desserts to wrap and freeze if you have any left after 2 days.

Ingredients

  • 1 package gluten free yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup milk (soy,dairy, or rice)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons g/f vanilla
  • 1 package peanut butter chips

How To Make gluten free easy peanut butter pound cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Spray bundt pan with cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    Pour milk over cake mix to allow rice flour to absorb the liquid.
  • Step 3
    Add remaining ingredients except peanut butter chips. Use electric mixer to mix ingredients for 4 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Gently stir in peanut butter chips.
  • Step 5
    Pour into well greased bundt pan. Bake 1 hr
