I went gluten free recently. Recipes out there are usually grainy and dry. This recipe is actually a flavorful moist pound cake. Do remember with all g/f desserts to wrap and freeze if you have any left after 2 days.

Ingredients

1 pkg
gluten free yellow cake mix
1/2 c
milk (soy,dairy, or rice)
1 c
sour cream
1/4 c
cornstarch
1/2 c
sugar
1/4 tsp
salt
1/2 c
vegetable oil
4
eggs
1 1/2 tsp
g/f vanilla
1 pkg
peanut butter chips

How to Make Gluten Free Easy Peanut Butter Pound Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350. Spray bundt pan with cooking spray.
  • 2Pour milk over cake mix to allow rice flour to absorb the liquid.
  • 3Add remaining ingredients except peanut butter chips. Use electric mixer to mix ingredients for 4 minutes.
  • 4Gently stir in peanut butter chips.
  • 5Pour into well greased bundt pan. Bake 1 hr
