I went gluten free recently. Recipes out there are usually grainy and dry. This recipe is actually a flavorful moist pound cake. Do remember with all g/f desserts to wrap and freeze if you have any left after 2 days.

    gluten free yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 c
    milk (soy,dairy, or rice)
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • 4
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    g/f vanilla
  • 1 pkg
    peanut butter chips

How to Make Gluten Free Easy Peanut Butter Pound Cake


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray bundt pan with cooking spray.
  2. Pour milk over cake mix to allow rice flour to absorb the liquid.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except peanut butter chips. Use electric mixer to mix ingredients for 4 minutes.
  4. Gently stir in peanut butter chips.
  5. Pour into well greased bundt pan. Bake 1 hr
