How to Make Ginger's Peanut Butter Cake
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Prepare 2 - 8" or 9" round cake pans. Prepare cake mix per box directions, I substitute skim mild for the water. Divide evenly into pans and bake until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely and frost.
- For the frosting: Beat cream cheese and peanut butter together, add powdered sugar and beat until creamy and smooth. If it is too stiff to spread add milk a few drops at a time to achieve desired consistency.
